Bauder Pharmacy Hearing Pushed Back to November

There's been a other delay, to November, for a State Pharmacy Board hearing into missing drugs at Bauder Pharmacy in Des Moines. The Des Moines Register reports the reason for the new delay is pharmacy co-owner Mark Gaziano's new attorney, who needs time to get up to speed on the case. Charges were brought against Bauder in May over 740,000 plus pain pills the Pharmacy Board said couldn't be accounted for.
