Connor Dougherty's facing a long list of charges after his motorcycle ride yesterday that hit speeds of 140 mph. The 21-year old ignored pursuing police. The charges against him include speeding, eluding, careless driving and driving under suspension. He's being held in the Madison County Jail. The chase started in Madison County and ended north of Alleman when the bike ran out of gas.
