The Farmers' Almanac's 2013 winter predictions are out. The Maine based publication says Iowans can expect big temperature swings and periods of storminess this winter. According to KCCI the much of the Midwest can expect is a milder than normal winter with average precipitation; with colder than normal temps and a mix of snow sleet and rain for Wisconsin and Illinois.
