Libertarian Presidential candidate Gary Johnson will be on Iowa's ballot in November. A three member state panel decided today that current law on conventions to get on the ballot is vague, and they chose to make the call on the side of open ballot access. The panel says it'll ask lawmakers to better define the convention process in state law.
