Two democrats and a republican on the legislature's administrative rules review committee aren't happy with Sec. of State Matt Schultz for adopting, voting rules with no public notice or input, giving his office a way to compare Iowa's registered voters list against government lists of foreign nationals, and remove those who should be ineligible. The three lawmakers say their committee has no power to stop it
