Elle Magazine's the latest with something great to say about Des Moines. The Des Moines Register reports this month's edition of Elle lists Salon Spa W, in the East Village, as one of the top 100 hair and beauty salons in the country. China Wong's Salon Spa W's gone from 3 to 17-employees in the 6-years it's been open, and had 20% growth every year despite the recession.
