Des Moines Police are investigating the death of a man found slumped over behind the wheel of his car in a parking lot outside First United Methodist Church this morning. Investigators tell KCCI there were no signs of foul play. The Polk County Medical Examiner's Office will perform an autopsy to determine how the as yet unidentified man died.
