Altoona's moving forward with the next part of a big storm water and sanitary sewer project that involving about 100-homes. The city's approved a half million dollar contract for underground 4- and 8-inch pipes as an added storm sewer collection system for better drainage. The work, just west of Sam Wise Youth Complex is expected to starts in the next couple of weeks.
