Grassley Looking Into Wells Fargo Employee Firing

Sen. Charles Grassley's looking into the firing of a Wells Fargo Home Mortgage employee Richard Eggers for a petty crime he committed in 1963. The company says it had to under new federal employment guidelines, intended to weed out people guilty of ID theft and mortgage fraud. Grassley says it looks like they're being applied across the board because of a possible $1-million-day-fine for noncompliance.
