Des Moines Water Works is lifting its call for voluntary call for water conservation during the drought as of Saturday.A Water Works spokesperson says the conservation measures are no longer necessary, but they say the call to conserve could be reinstated if low water flows and dry conditions continue into next spring and summer. July was an all-time record month with 2.5 billion gallons of water used.
