A 17-year-old high school junior was killed when her car slammed into the back of a school bus in north-central Iowa. Police said it happened yesterday afternoon around 3:30 just east of St Ansgar. They said the bus stopped on Iowa 218, and that's when the car hit it. The teen killed in the crash is Allison Smith of Stacyville, who was a student at St. Ansgar High School. Nobody on the bus was hurt.
