A man's in the Polk County Jail after a standoff with police in Altoona. Polk County deputies got the call around 8 last night and heard shots at the home when they got there, so they called for back up. After about 2 hours, Shane Roberts gave up, even before negotiators arrived. No shots were fired, nobody was hurt. Police said they don't believe Roberts was shooting at anybody, just shooting..
