Nothing to Cheer in Iowa AcademicTest Scores

A new report from the National Assessment of Education Progress highlighted Iowa as one of a small number of states where students haven't made significant gains in reading or math scores over the last 20-years. The Des Moines Register says the same report showed students nationwide with big gains in math and lesser positive movement in reading over the same period. The Lack of progress in Iowa's spread over minority and white students.
