ACLU Goes to Court Over New Iowa Voter Rules

The ACLU's gone to court for an injunction to block Secretary of State Matt Schulz from enforcing two new voting rules they say took effect July 20th, and which could remove eligible voters from the rolls. One lets the state use unspecified lists to check against voter registrations, the other ends the requirement that anyone making an allegation of voter fraud do so under oath.
