Gov. Branstad says GOP State Chair A.J. Spiker didn't consult him before issuing a call last week for voters to remove State Supreme Court Justice David Wiggins in November. Spiker wants Wiggins out for voting to overturn the state ban on gay marriage. Branstad says Spiker has the same right any citizen has to express an opinion on issues. The Governor says he won't weigh in on the Wiggins retention. "
