A new crop report says overall conditions continue to get worse despite some heavy rain last week. Topsoil moisture levels improved slightly to 66% very short, 27%, 7% adequate. Corn conditions 20% very poor, 29% poor, 35% fair, 15% good, and 1% excellent. KCCI reports last week corn was 18% very poor, 28% poor, 34% fair, 19% good and 1% excellent.
