Kevin Dalasta may never stand trial for a 2010 car crash that killed two children. A judge has ordered a competency hearing for him. He's charged with two counts of homicide and two counts of serious injury by vehicle. Police say he ran a stop sign and broadsided a van killing 5-year old Carson and 5-month old Claire DeJoode. That hearing's Aug. 30.
