Former Des Moines Schools Chief Nancy Sebring says the district's been dragging its heels responding to requests for emails she says will explain context of her resignation in May. Sebring's made public records requests for her own emails as well as those from board members and the district's attorney. Sebring says she's been asked by someone she won't identify, for details about her leaving the Des Moines job and giving up the Omaha Superintendent's post.
