The Ankeny man accused of killing two children in a May 2010 car crash will now stand trial in October for vehicular homicide. 47-year old Kevin Dalasta was supposed to be in court May 16th, but the Des Moines Register reports the date was changed yesterday. Investigators ruled out alcohol or drugs as a factor. Dalasta's pleaded not guilty to all charges.
