Timothy Ray is a Graham Tire store employee who tried to stop someone from stealing his car over the weekend and was clipped as the suspect tried to get away. Ray managed to get up and chase down the suspect just as he had crashed into a parked car. Ray took the thief to the ground and put him in a headlock until police arrived. His car is totaled. 18-year old Robert Noah Reynolds was taken to the Polk County jail.
