19-year old Dajour Sawyers has a court hearing Friday to determine if he's mentally competent to stand trial. Sawyers charged with vehicular homicide in an Altoona crash April 7th. Police say Sawyers was driving a stolen Jeep when it broadsided another car driven by Chad Wells. Wells was killed. The Des Moines Register reports a judge's found “probable cause that the Sawyers suffering from a mental disorder, preventing him from appreciating the charges against him or helping in his defense.
