Planned Parenthood has announced an expansion campaign that will open clinics in 12 new communities in Iowa and Nebraska over the next five years. Carter lake, Clinton, and Ottumwa are among the locations that will get new facilities. Also on Thursday, Congress voted down a proposal to deny federal money to Planned Parenthood.
