A judge today psopotned until May 20th, a hearing to decide if Dajour Sawyers is competent to stand trial. Sawyers faces vehicular homicide and other charges in the April 7 crash that killed Chad Wells, of Altoona. KCCI repoerts the psychiatrist doing the evaluation, says he needs additional information about Sawyers before he can provide testimony about whether Sawyers is competent to stand trial. The teen's staying in the Polk Count Jail on $50-thousand bond.
