The Iowa Senate Ways and Means Committee's approved a gambling bill that doesn't include provisions for legalized in-state internet poker. Lawmakers say online gaming was too controversial. the bill they've sent to the full senate asks the Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission to report to them by December 1st on how to create a system for intrastate internet poker.
