Jury selection will start Monday in Jonas Neiderbach's trial. He's the Des Moines father accused of severely abusing his infant son. 22-year old Neiderbach faces seven felony charges stemming from head and rib injuries sustained by Ethan Neiderbach in July 2009, when the boy was less than 2 months old. The boy's mother is already serving a twenty year prison term after pleading guilty to child endangerment. Neiderbach's trial is expected to last three weeks.
