Brad Miller, general manager of the Des Moines Area Regional Transit Authority is leaving at the end of June to take a similar job with the Pinellas Suncoast Transit Authority in Tampa Bay, Fla. Miller tells The Des Moines Register he was contacted about the Florida job by a transit industry recruiter. He start in Florida in July. DART is Iowa's largest transit authority, serving Des Moines and 18 surrounding communities.
