Some have already gotten a look at the new addition to the Principal Riverwalk as it was unveiled yesterday morning. The Hub Spot will be added at West Court Avenue and Water Street in downtown Des Moines. Our news parnters at KCCI tell us the Hub Spot will feature a multi-use structure with an outdoor open plaza that will host several outdoor activities. The lower level will house public restrooms and seating. Construction has begun and should be done by October.
