A Des Moines man's gotten 10-years in prison for starting a fire in a psych ward at Covenant Medical Center in Waterloo. Authorities say Ajamu Manu El-Amin was being treated in the mental health unit, when he lit bedding and paper on fire in March 2009. KCCI reports El-Amin was charged with 1st degree arson, but plead guilty last month to a reduced charge of 2nd-degree arson.
