Texas Republican Ron Paul announced in Des Moines yesterday he is creating a Presidential exploratory committee as he considers a run for the GOP nomination. Paul won't take long before he decides for sure on a Presidential bid.
Former Mass. Governor Mitt Romney, and former Minnesota Governor Tim Pawlenty have also formed exploratory committees.
