Des Moines schools superintendent Nancy Sebring is a finalist for the job of school superintendent in Boulder, Colorado. KCCI reports Sebring is one of the finalists to succeed the current Boulder Valley schools superintendent Chris King, who is retiring at the end of the school year. Sebring notified her administrators by email yesteday. Sebring will visit Boulder Monday for a series of interviews and public meetings, according to the school district there. She's been superintendent here since 2006, coming from the Douglas County district in Colorado, that state's fourth-largest. Sebring is an Iowa native.
