A Davenport man's gotten 40-years in prison for the death of a friend who was found buried in his yard. David Spriet's body was found over a year after he'd disappeared in February 2009. KCCI reports John Neppl got 10-years for voluntary manslaughter, 5 years for abuse of a corpse and 25 years for attempted murder in the stabbing of another man in connection with Spriet's death.
