28-year old Tammy Kvasnicka told a detective she doesn't remember the crash last July, which killed 27-year old Michael Xayavong. Prosecutors say Kvasnicka was driving the wrong way on I-229 at the time of the collision. She's on trial for manslaughter, DUI, and vehicular battery. According to the Argus Leader, in a police interview, Kvasnicka says she knew she was guilty and expressed shock that she had no memory of what happened.
