19-year old DaJour Sawyers appeared in court today. He faces multiple charges including homicide by vehicle, reckless driving, burglary, and theft. Police tell KCCI the Waterloo teen was driving a stolen car at close to 90mph, when he slammed into another car in Altoona yesterday, killing 36-year old Chad Wells. Sawyers' being held at the Polk County Jail, with another court appearance April 18.
