The drivers of the 2-boats involved in a deadly crash on the Des Moines River yesterday have been charged with BWI. One person died when the boats collided between 6th and 2nd Avenues near Birdland. The men charged are 46-year old Tony Starrett and 54-year old Steven Mayo, both from Des Moines. The man killed was Starrett's older brother Kelly.
