Des Moines PD say 56-year old Terry Wood faces attempted murder and other charges after he alleged tried to run over a man riding a bicycle, then got out of his car and with a gun and shot 56-year old Daniel Parr. It happened last night in the 2700 block of Elm Street. Parr was taken to Mercy Medical Center where he's in serious condition.
