Judge Says Govt Can Take Ramona Cunningham's Pension

A federal judge says the government can seize the$2700/month pension of Ramona Cunningham., to pay off the $1.6-million in restitution she and her co defendants owe. Cunningham, former head of the Central Iowa Employment and Training Consortium was sentenced in 2008 to 7-years after pleading guilty to fraud for misusing federal funds. Once she's released, 25% of her pension can continue to be taken for restitution.
