Prairie Meadows had a record-setting betting day for the Belmont Stakes with over $200,000 wagered yesterday afternoon. That beat the 2004 record by more then $70,000.
But it was disappointment for many who hoped that Iowa's own Dullahan would be in the winner's circle at the end of the race. Dullahan finished at the back of the pack at the Belmont.
