A Clive police officer who was found not guilty in a criminal case last week - is going back on the job. 47-year-old Lt. John Broderson was charged with assault with intent to commit sexual abuse, no injury, but a jury found him not guilty. He's returned to administrative duty and is awaiting reassignment.
