Starting July 1st, if you don't move over a lane or slow down when you see an emergency, tow truck of maintenance vehicle roadside, it's still a $100 fine, but if you cause a crash and damage someone's property, it's a 90-day license suspension; hurt someone in a crash, 6-month suspension and $500 fine; and If someone's killed-no license for a year and a $1,000 fine.
