An Indianola man will be taking over as the commander of the Des Moines-based 103rd Sustainment Command of the Army Reserve. Colonel Arlan DeBlieck has been confirmed by the U.S. Senate for promotion to Brigadier General and will take over leadership of the local army reserve unit.
