Changes in the DART system that might affect your trip to work today. The system is expanding, because of a demand to increase transit service in Des Moines. Staff will be downtown this morning to answer questions... but they stress that you should check the website ahead of time. Among the changes... the express route will no longer go to the Capitol... some commuter routes will be discontinued or changed.
