Former Des Moines schools Superintendent Nancy Sebring's lawsuit to halt release of personal emails sent and received at work will be argued at a hearing next Thursday in Polk County District Court. Legal expert say it's an uphill battle for Sebring to win the suit and stop the district from releasing more emails.
