Over 200,000 people are expected to stop by The Des Moines Arts Festival this weekend. It's at Western Gateway Park until 10p.m. tonight, 10a.m,. to 10p.m. tomorrow and 10a.m. to 5p.m. Sunday. There are over 200-artists from all over the country coming in for the event, which has hotel and restaurant managers smiling over the business boom the festival creates.
