A homeless man's been charged with assault after Des Moines Police say he repeated tried to paw a waitress at The Station yesterday, then punched her in the eye. KCCI reports Robert Kimbrough tried to grab Robyn Owen's chest and rear, and pulled on her shirt. She asked him to stop, and when several customers tried to stop him, Kimbrough jumped over them and hit her.
