A response from Des Moines School district officials, after former Superintendent Nancy Sebring filed an injuction. Sebring wanted to keep the district from releasing any more of the racy e-mails she sent through her work account. The court hasn't yet ruled on the injuction, and no date has been set for that. The district said the e-mails were disclosed in response to an open records request and did not qualify as confidential records.
