No bond change in neighbor shooting

A judge has kept bond at $100,000 for a Cedar Rapids man who's accused of trying to kill his neighbors. The judge refused to change the bond for 42-year-old Joseph Pham, who's accused of shooting Brian Wilson and firing at two others on Saturday. Pham is charged with three counts of attempted murder and one count of intimidation with a dangerous weapon.
