Ames Police say 44-year old Shelly Habhab turned herself in to face charges she hit a 22-year old man on a skateboard in April and kept going. Police say information from the public helped identify Habhab as the driver of the car seen in surveillance video. She's charged with an accident causing personal injury, and is being held on 2,000 bail.
