A Polk County judge's rejected former DM School Superintendent Nancy Sebring's request for an injunction, and ordered the Des Moines School District to produce emails from Sebring's work account. Some of those emails contained sexually explicit exchanges between Sebring and a man who joined the proceedings to try and maintain his anonymity. The judge tossed that out too.
