Former Drake student Anthony Bertolone was sentenced to 20-years in prison on his guilty plea to 5-counts of sexual abuse, involving drugging and sexually assaulting a fraternity brother and videotaping it. The Des Moines Register reports the judge rejected probation, saying Bertolone has a severe and uncontrollable problem and the public must be protected. He'll have to register as a sex offender.
