Hy-Vee's closing the doors on its Urbandale store at 86th and Douglas July 15, so it can get the final preparations done for its new mega store it's opening right next door. The old store will be leveled for a parking lot for the new one that opens August 14th. The new store includes a first ever Market Fresh Grille, for casual dining that turns into a full service restaurant in the afternoon and evening.
